The On•Tap & Kludi Design Awards SA 2012 deadline has been extended. Formerly requiring entries to be submitted by the end of this month, design students and professional designers alike can now enjoy a grace period until 30 November 2012 to submit their designs, announces On•Tap.

The Kludi Design Awards are being hosted by Kludi and On•Tap with the focus on showcasing up-and-coming design talent in the bathroom and kitchen world within South Africa. The entries this year have to be a tap design that has mass appeal while allowing for industrial manufacturing, yet with a uniquely South African nature. The competition has both a student and professional category which includes architects and interior designers.

The chosen designers with the winning entries will have the opportunity to go to Austria with flights, accommodation and meals included, to meet with the Kludi design and development teams and see their design manufactured world-wide. The winners will be notified on 28 February, 2013.
